Thanks to all of our challengers who participated in our sci-fi card challenge last week! Your cards were awesome! The winners of that challenge will be posted this Tuesday.
Just as a reminder, our challenges alternate each week between a card and layout challenge. The first and third weeks of the month are layout challenges, and the second and fourth weeks of the month are card challenges.
Our challenge this week is anything goes Disney challenge - create any Disney-themed project! Cards, layouts, 3D projects, altered items... it's completely up to you!
The Disney company started in October 1923 as The Disney Brothers Studio. Later that decade Mickey and Minnie made their film debut in "Steamboat Willie". Then in 1937 the first feature-length animated film was produced and we met our first Disney Princess in "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs." Keep in mind that Disney is much more than mice and princesses! The Disney Channel gave us the ever popular "High School Musical" and "Hannah Montana," while Pixar gave us "Toy Story," "Cars" and "Monsters Inc." and, of course there are the theme parks!
Our fabulous sponsor this week is The Paper Parade! They are giving away a $25 gift certificate to the randomly chosen winner of this week's challenge.
Along with the randomly chosen winner of this week's challenge, the design team will also be taking a look at ALL of the submissions and voting on their top three "spotlight"submissions. The spotlight submissions, along with the random winner, will be announced on Tuesday October 9th and will receive a special badge for their blogs.
And now for some inspiration from the design team to get you started!
Ready to submit your project?!
All you have to do is add the link to your project to the linky gadget below (no backlinking please). The challenge will close on Saturday October 6th at 11:00 PM US CST.

Come play along with us!
Found your blog just recently and knew I had to play along since I'm a Disney fan and even more so a fan of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. I use to work for the Mouse as in Mickey Mouse at Disney World in FL thru high school & college. Entered a scrapbook layout of the pumpkin my hubby carved for last yr, 2011. Yes, I'm behind on my scrapbooking but I tend to get to the holiday scrapbooking the following yr when the next yr holiday is coming up.
