This is how our DT was inspired:

I was inspired by my little girls acting like grown ups selling snow cones on our street corner.

Having Fun at Magic Kingdom. We waited a long time to get the kids picture with Buzz. Mickey's not so scary Halloween party. Always Fun.

Light, airy and relaxing on a summer day in the shade. I'm a huge fan of blowing bubbles and watching them drift away softly on the breeze.

One BIG tradition in our family (that the kids just LOVE) is going to the tree farm and choosing & cutting our Christmas tree.  Then taking it home, getting it put up.  I (Mom) put the lights on and the kids & Dad decorate it.  So much fun!!  And memories for a lifetime.

This is how our DT was inspired:

When my girls were toddlers, I loved to dress them up in patriotic clothes for the 4th of July.  I thought this paper played up my daughter's dress perfectly!

CONNIE:
I went Canadian for this challenge. The former Prime Minister of Canada, Paul Martin, was visiting our school.
She:kon is "Hello"  in Mohawk.  My sister happens to be a District Chief and is standing beside him when he received a sweetgrass basket.

My inspiration for my creation was the colors of the American Flag.

Every 4th of July, my family gets together for a BBQ/cookout. When the weather is good, we eat out on our screened patio to enjoy the summertime. I made this Let Freedom Ring Banner to decorate for the occasion.

As Canadians, we celebrate our Independence Day (or Canada Day as we call it) on the 1st of July. All over the country you can take part in celebrations, barbecues and block parties!  The red and white maple leaf flies high and proud everywhere you look.  I loved the digital image for this card because it picks out some great thoughts on us as Canadians and what we stand for!

My card has 3 Girl Jam Hot Chocolate Ribbon.

TAMMY:
Riley and his 2 best friends.  They do everything together. :)

ANGELA
I made this card for my niece using brightly colored washi tape!

This is how our DT was inspired:

I was inspired by a trip I took to Disney World (like Clark took to Walley World) for this challenge.  We went during October, so thankfully the park was opened unlike it was for the Griswold's...
Our big family vacations are always to Walt Disney World.  Our vacation spot and my love of palm trees inspired this fun card.

CONNIE:

Our first trip to Disney. Lots of laughter, smiles, pouting, complaining and tears. But I would do it all again.

TAMMY:
Vegas really is my happy place.  Every 2 years my BFF and I go down for a girls weekend to get away and recharge.  No one to think about but us, we have the time of our lives.  Shopping, sightseeing, shows...it's perfect.
Vacations, to me, are just some free time away from the job and stress. So I made a couple cards that make me remember those lazy summer vacations when you just watched clouds and flew a few kites.
