For this challenge, I went full "Haunted Mansion" & featured a picture of my daughter acting silly at the actual Disney "Haunted Mansion" ride at Disney World during the "Not So Scary Halloween Party."

A photo from Disney World. Mickeys' not so scary Halloween party Parade.

I LOVE Disney & Halloween.  I created a card with dark tones to mimic the ride at Magic Kingdom.

Halloween is my favorite time of year! So I made a whole slew of cards for the holiday. This one seems grown-up without being too creepy. Check out my blog for more ideas!

TAMMY
This was Riley's first Hallowe'en.  I just loved this pumpkin costume we bought him and when we took him to the pumpkin patch, he just fit right in.

My daughter's 1st Halloween at 11 months old.

This is how our DT was inspired:

My daughter has dealt with serious food allergies since she was a baby.  I have always been inspired by her ability to shrug off her limitations and enjoy what she is able to have.  In this picture, that would be a giant Icee!

My Aunt Emily. My Hero. She battled Breast cancer and WON.

This card is made in honor of my husband.  He is the strongest and most courageous person I know.

That's right, true-believers, SpiderMan is my favorite superhero! So here's a little card with my homage to the web-slinger.

Who doesn't love Chris Evans? Ermm I mean Captain America.  I saw this card on pinterest and just thought that it would be so great to recreate for a fun masculine card!

My heros are anyone who has had or has to fight breast cancer or any kind any kind of cancer!

  • Project must be posted during the duration of the challenge, no back linking.

  • Number of challenge entries is limited to three per participant.

A randomly selected participant will win a crafty prize from our sponsor!

This is how our DT was inspired:

I loved Robin Williams....I felt like a good friend passed away when I heard the devastating news of his passing...I'm a teacher, so to me, one of the most inspiring roles he played was Mr. Keating in Dead Poet's Society.  So my shout out to Robin Williams is the famous line from the Walt Whitman poem about Abe Lincoln that Mr. Keating's students' honored him with at the end of the movie.

My page was inspired by "Happy Feet" I have many Robin William's Favorites but this song just feels Happy. My Darling nephew also makes me Happy.

Robin Williams was a bigger part of my life than I realized until his passing..and how hard I took it.  No, I did not know him personally (unfortunately), but his passing stirred feelings that I had suppressed for long time with my Dad.  They were to kindred spirits.  I will miss them both.

Robin Williams starred in some of my all-time favorite movies and it was hard to just pick one. I love The Birdcage, What Dreams May Come, Dead Poet's Society, Mrs. Doubtfire, and Awakenings because they aren't just a movie to make you laugh; they make you feel. They warm you up and that's what I'll miss most. I chose the movie, Jumanji, because Robin Williams was an original "wild thing" and he'll be greatly missed.

Robin Williams was my favorite comedian of all time and I was so distraught to hear that he had passed.  This world will never see a comedic genius like his again.  The fact that he could make anyone laugh at the drop of a hat was something to be admired.  I will miss him.  I chose his movie Happy Feet for my inspiration piece to create my card.

My page is of my hubby and son paintballing and I used the movie "Good Morning Vietnam" as my inspiration. Robin Williams was one of my favorite actors, he will be missed greatly!
